We love this Centaur® Blue Steel Hunter Dee Bit because is a mild, balanced bit with great lateral control. More control than an eggbutt bit but is less harsh than a full check bit. This is a classic bit popular in the hunter show ring.

• Blue Steel oxidizes faster and easier compared to Black Steel
• It will oxidize when in contact with air and humidity. This surface corrosion tastes sweet and naturally stimulates additional saliva production, encouraging better acceptance of the bit by the horse
